Structure
Our structure is based on the Finite Element Methodology which helps us in meticulous planning of the structure and designing of the greenhouse. For various greenhouse models we have our technical team takes into account:
- Climatic conditions and geography of the location where the greenhouse is to be installed
- Wind speed at the site
- Crops- weight of the crop, in case the crop needs to be hung on wires or grown soilless
Design
The design is custom made according to client specifications, among which include:
- The type of crop intended to be grown in the greenhouse
- The climate of the area where the greenhouse will be setup
- The terrain conditions of the site
Project
Steps we take before execution and setting up the greenhouse:
- Finalize type of greenhouse by accurate calculation of various parameters
- Defining its structural elements of the greenhouse
- Selecting the cover material for the greenhouse
- Ventilation systems and Heating Systems that needs to be installed
- Designing of irrigation systems and water management along with pesticides application
- Climate control systems
We combine our experience, technology and the technical know how to setup profitable and sustainable greenhouses.
Plans
Construction plans and configurations of the greenhouses are made along with plans of the auxiliary systems, automation, irrigation systems and water management before execution.
